Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon cinnamon (add more if using plain applesauce)

Instructions:

First of all. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment letting the sides overhang and spray lightly with cooking spray.

After it, In a large bowl whisk together dry ingredients.

Next, In a separate bowl whisk eggs, applesauce, both sugars, butter, sour cream, and vanilla bean paste until well combined.
